DESCRIPTION: The project is a luxury villa consisting of a Basement, Ground, First and Roof floor. Multiple strategies have been applied, such as enhanced fresh air initiative to provide better livable space for the occupants, renewable energy through the application of solar panels. The project was targeting Estidama One Pearl Design Rating System under the villa category. ECOBUILD was appointed to develop the sustainable and Air Conditioning and Ventilation system design services as well as supervise the construction activities.
